Your Guide to The Flooring Show 2025: 400+ Brands, Live Demos & Industry Insights

Harrogate is set to roll out the red carpet – quite literally – as The Flooring Show 2025 returns from Sunday 21st to Tuesday 23rd September at the Harrogate Convention Centre. This year looks to be the biggest and most dynamic edition yet, bringing together the UK’s entire flooring industry under one roof for three days of innovation, inspiration, and serious business.

For over half a century, The Flooring Show has been the place where brands, buyers, designers, and fitters converge to do business, discover trends, and shape the future of flooring. And in 2025, the line-up is excellent.

Your One-Stop Flooring Marketplace

More than 400 leading UK and international brands will be showcasing the very best in carpet, LVT, laminate, wood, vinyl, cork, adhesives, tools, accessories, and installation solutions. It’s a once-a-year opportunity to meet suppliers face-to-face, see products up close, and place orders that will define your portfolio for the year ahead.

From big-name players to exciting new innovators making their Harrogate debut, the exhibitor list reflects the full breadth and creativity of the industry.

Design, Trends, and Inspiration at Every Turn

If you’re seeking style direction, The Flooring Show is packed with creative inspiration:

Wool Trends Centre (Hall C) – A beautifully curated celebration of British and New Zealand wool carpets, highlighting organic textures, classic neutral palettes, bold plains, intricate patterns, and even statement-making “carpet art” for hallways and stairs. Run by the Campaign for Wool and the Wool Carpet Focus Group, this space is a must-visit for those who champion natural fibres.

Design Spotlight (Hall Q) – Now in its second year, this section shines a light on the most cutting-edge residential and commercial flooring designs. Tailored for architects, interior designers, and style-conscious buyers, it’s the ideal place to discover unique finishes and creative product applications.

Where Skills Meet Innovation – The Demo Zone

Back by popular demand, the Demo Zone in Hall B, hosted by the Flooring Industry Training Association (FITA), is the beating heart of hands-on learning at the show. Across all three days, you’ll see leading professionals demonstrating cutting-edge techniques, product applications, and installation tips – from subfloor preparation to luxury vinyl fitting and beyond.

Whether you’re a seasoned fitter wanting to fine-tune your craft or a retailer keen to understand performance from the ground up, the Demo Zone is your front-row seat to real-world flooring expertise.

Celebrating Craftsmanship – Fitter of the Year 2025

The prestigious NICF Fitter of the Year competition returns with a focus on Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT). Over Sunday and Monday, five exceptional finalists – Hayden Barr, Wesley Brocklesby, Daniel Jones, Neil Mackay, and Dean White – will battle it out across a series of timed challenges designed to push their skills to the limit.

Expect tension, precision, and creative flair as the clock ticks down, with the champion crowned at 4:30pm on Monday 22nd September and taking home £2,000, a trophy, and a prestigious industry title.

New for 2025 – The Hall Q Bar

Beyond the stands and showcases, The Flooring Show is also about connections – and this year, networking gets a stylish upgrade with the debut of the Hall Q Bar. Designed as a vibrant social hub, it’s perfect for catching up with colleagues, meeting new contacts, or simply taking a well-earned break over a drink after a busy morning on the show floor.
