Ben Parsons of Bradbury Flooring Shortlisted for Apprenticeship Award

Congratulations to Ben Parsons of Bradbury Flooring for being announced as a finalist in the Apprentice of the Year category at the British Institute of Fitted Interiors Specialists (BIFIS) Awards 2026!

Ben Parsons is completing his floorlaying apprenticeship with WEBS Training Ltd and the Flooring Industry Training Association (FITA), which offers ‘gold standard’ delivery for prospective employers and is the only not-for-profit training centre backed by two trade associations – the Contract Flooring Association (CFA) and the National Institute of Carpet and Floorlayers (NICF).

Bradbury Flooring is a CFA contractor member based in Leicester. On the shortlist, Bradbury Flooring has said that ‘Ben has shown real dedication, skill, and enthusiasm throughout his time with us, and we’re incredibly proud of the progress he’s made. This recognition is a testament to his hard work and commitment to the trade.’

Ben adds: ‘I feel like I am settling in really well, a lot to learn but eager to learn and never too old to learn something new. The apprenticeship has given me a chance to develop into a trade with a chance of a great career ahead.’
