FITA Training Courses Receive Consistently Amazing Feedback

The Flooring Industry Training Association’s (FITA) training courses receive consistently amazing feedback. Based across two training centres in Loughborough, England and Kirkcaldy, Scotland, FITA’s wide selection of domestic and commercial flooring courses enable floorlayers to invest in their future and gain a competitive edge.

After each course, FITA ask delegates for feedback to ensure it delivers the highest quality training as the UK’s only not-for-profit floorlayer training provider. The latest average satisfaction ratings based on all feedback collected over a two-year period were as follows:

  • How do you rate course content? 9.8/10
  • How do you rate your Instructor? 9.9/10
  • Did you learn what you came for? 9.8/10
  • How do you rate value for money? 9.6/10
  • Would you train with FITA again? 100% said yes
